Platform access: Google & Meta

Granting appropriate access to your digital marketing platforms is essential for efficient collaboration and security. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to add users to various platforms, along with links to official help articles for further assistance.

Google Analytics

For Google Analytics 4 (GA4):

  1. Sign in to your Google Analytics account.​Google Help

  2. Click on the Admin gear icon in the lower-left corner.​

  3. Under the desired Account or Property, select Account Settings or Property Settings.​

  4. Click on Account Access Management or Property Access Management.​

  5. Click the blue + button and select Add users.​

  6. Enter the user's email address and assign the appropriate roles and data restrictions.​

  7. Click Add to send the invitation.​


Google Ads (Including MCC Accounts)

For Individual Google Ads Accounts:

  1. Sign in to your Google Ads account.​

  2. Click the Admin icon in the upper-right corner

  3. Select Access and security.​

  4. Click the blue + button.​

  5. Enter the user's email address and select an access level.

  6. Click Send invitation.​

For Manager Accounts (MCC):

  1. Sign in to your Google Ads Manager Account.​

  2. Click the Admin icon in the upper-right corner.​

  3. Select Access and security.​

  4. Click the blue + button.​

  5. Enter the new user's email address and select an access level.

  6. Click Send invitation.​ ​

Google Search Console

  1. Open your Search Console property.​

  2. Click on Settings in the left-hand menu.​

  3. Select Users and permissions.​

  4. Click Add user.​

  5. Enter the user's email address and choose the permission level.​

  6. Click Add.

Google Tag Manager

  1. Sign in to your Google Tag Manager account.

  2. Click on Admin.​

  3. In the Account column, select User Management.

  4. Click Add and choose Add new users.

  5. Enter the user's email address and set their permissions.​

  6. Click Invite.

Meta (Facebook) Ads Manager

  1. Go to your Ads Manager Settings.

  2. Under Ad account roles, click Add people.​

  3. Enter the name or email address of the person you want to add.​

  4. Select their role and click Confirm.​

TikTok Ads Manager
